Obituary for Helen Hicks

Helen Frances Hicks, Age 82, of Pillager, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019, in St. Paul at United Hospital. Helen was born in Iowa City, Iowa to William & Ida (Druecker) Durst. She married Donald Hicks and together they had four children.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Debra (Joel) Logan of Mason City, Iowa, Gene (Jenny) Hicks of Eagan, Jay Hicks of Pillager and Jerry (Conni) Hicks of Pillager; sister, Delores Haggerty of Kent, WA; grandchildren: Garrett (Celeste) Johnson, Derek Hicks, Emme Hicks, Mia Hicks, Natasha (Ben) Kosharek, Jason (Erica) Hicks, Jeremy (Jaclyn) Hicks, Josiah (Shirley Gallaway) Hicks, Janel Hicks, Jorden (Joe) Thatcher, Threasa (Simon) Andrys, Debra (Andrew Ralph) Hicks; 14 great-grandchildren.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; sister, Shirley DeBoer; brother, William Durst, Jr.
Funeral service for Helen will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 11AM at First Baptist Church in Pillager. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Bridgeman Cemetery.

Service Details

Funeral service for Helen will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 11AM at First Baptist Church in Pillager. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Bridgeman Cemetery.
